Bienvenue!
We will be having monthly meetings after school as well as monthly meetings during Intervention.
Here are some of the activities we have planned for the year. Hope you are able to join us!
Celebrate National French Week in November
November 6 -- Mona Lisa Day! Create your own Mona Lisa and get your picture taken as la Joconde.
November 7 -- Healing Arts Mission Day/Penny Day -- Bring your pennies to donate to Haiti (and have less class).
November 8 -- Food Day/T-shirt Day -- Bring a French food to share with your class and wear your French club t-shirt
November 11 -- Notre Dame Day! Create a version of Notre Dame or a gargoyle to enter our contest.
November 12 -- Tour de NHS! Gather a team and complete in the first scooter race around NHS.
Christmas Party -- Decorate the French rooms with French decorations -- December 2 and 3 during Intervention
Watch Les Miserables at Weathervane Playhouse -- December 18
Pot-luck with Spanish Club -- January after school
Mardi Gras -- Cook with French club and eat some jambalaya and King cake after school -- March
Trip to eat at La Chatelaine in Columbus -- April
Annual Bowling/Putt-putt tournament -- May
