Please fill out the online back-to-school forms so we will have updated address, phone number and emergency contact information. You will need to complete the forms for each child. Your user name is your child's student ID. Your password is your student's birthdate in MMDDYY format, meaning March 22, 2011 is 032211. Please contact your child's school if you do not know the student ID.
For back-to-school forms, log in with your child's student ID as your username, and his/her birthdate (in MMDDYY format) as password. Please contact your child's school with questions related to your student's ID or if you have problems logging in.
If you are filling out back-to-school paperwork for the 2020-21 school year, DO NOT click on "New Student Gateway." You already have an account for each of your students. You will log in with your student's ID, while the password is your student's birthdate in MMDDYY format (meaning March 22, 2011 is 032211).
