Every month, Newark City Schools honors 30 students in grades 4 through 12 from across the district as Citizens of the Month during a special luncheon. These students are chosen for their leadership, character, respect, responsibility, and sportsmanship. This month’s event was sponsored by the Lions Club of Newark, Ohio.
