Behavioral Healthcare Partners - Integrated Health provides basic physical health services for adults with severe mental illness and or severe substance use issues who also have unmet physical health needs. Coordinated care for physical and behavioral health needs within the same building significantly increases the likelihood of receiving necessary care.
 
Carol Strawn Center - Adult Day Service enhances the quality of life for those with dementia and their caregivers through dementia-specific adult day service (therapeutic social/recreational activities, exercise, nursing services, assistance with activities of daily living, behavior management techniques, and nutritional lunch and snacks).
 
Catholic Social Services - Senior Supportive Services helps vulnerable persons 60 and older maintain or regain a higher level of independence through assistance in managing finances, supportive counseling and coordinating assistance- locating and applying for housing, making funeral arrangements, arranging home care services, assisting with medical appointments and prescription access, arranging transportation, and assisting with Medicaid, Medicare, HEAP and other assistance programs. Transportation Services meets the transportation needs of older adults (age 60+) who are unable to independently secure transportation to non-emergency medical services.
 
Licking County Aging Program - Countyride coordinates transportation services for Licking County human service agencies and provides transportation for individuals referred by Licking County human service organizations to medical appointments, to locations for nutritional needs, to sign up for and/or retain human service benefits, for employment, and for education and training opportunities.
 
Licking County Center for the Visually Impaired – Eye Care Assistance provides eye examinations and glasses to clients at no cost by working with area providers to receive services and glasses at a discount or at no cost.
 
Family Health Services - Reproductive Health and Wellness provides education plus voluntary, comprehensive and culturally sensitive reproductive health and wellness services to the low income underinsured population of Licking County.
 
Licking County Family - YMCA Activate Youth helps youth (age 6-13) who have unhealthy nutritional or fitness behavior or identified as overweight or obese, adopt fit lifestyles. A variety of behavioral modifications and education on nutrition, health and fitness are offered in a “no pressure”, positive and fun way to the children and their parents.
 
Licking County Aging Program- Hearing Fund assists individuals obtain or repair hearing aids and related adaptive equipment.
 
No Cost - United Way of Licking County FamilyWize Prescription Drug Discount Card provided at no cost to those in need leading to $1,553,486 through the end of May, 2012.
